Farm Innovations S.A. is a Polish technology company developing solutions for breeders and the veterinary sector. We create animal identification and monitoring systems based on microchips, sensors, and intelligent data analytics.

Our goal is to support breeders with modern tools that improve animal health and welfare while increasing herd management efficiency. Our technologies enable precise herd monitoring as well as automated data analysis, resulting in better-informed breeding and management decisions.

Founder, long-term CEO, and currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Asist Sp. z o.o., part of the PiB Group. A visionary entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the financial and insurance industries.

Krzysztof Kłysz

Certified Adviser in the Alternative Trading System. Vice President of the Management Board of Erato Energy S.A. President of the Management Board of TIG ASI Sp. z o.o. (subsidiary – investment activity). In addition to Farm Innovations S.A., he serves on the supervisory boards of: T-Bull S.A. (regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange), The Dust S.A. (NewConnect), Game Island S.A., and 4Knights S.A.

Prof. dr hab. Inż. Tomasz Stuczyński

Agriculture

Expert in earth sciences and environmental engineering. Academic lecturer. Co-founder and long-time manager of an analytical laboratory specializing in environmental measurements, currently operating within the structures of the global company SGS. Member of the Management Board of Green Zebras S.A.

Ryszard Grzelak

Capital Markets

President of the Management Board and Managing Director of Europ Assistance Polska sp. z o.o. from 2005 to 2024. Extensive executive and managerial experience in the banking sector (Deutsche Bank, WestLB, HypoVereinsbank, Bank Pekao) and the insurance sector (Europ Assistance / Generali Group) in Poland, Germany, and the CEE region. Graduate of, among others, Doctoral Studies in Finance and Management (SGH Warsaw School of Economics) and the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School in Barcelona.

Rafał Godoj

Master’s degree in Economics and Management from École Supérieure de Commerce de Toulouse (France, BAC+5) and the University of Economics in Katowice (ŚMSH, specialization: Finance and Corporate Strategy). He has international experience in capital investments, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory, and management—especially in areas of dynamic organizational growth and restructuring.

Rafał Ćwikliński is a significant shareholder of the Company and, therefore, does not meet the independence criteria set out in the Act of 11 May 2017, as amended, on statutory auditors, audit firms and public oversight. The remaining members of the Supervisory Board meet the independence criteria, including having no significant relationships with shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes in the Company.
