MamBiznes has published an article outlining Farm Innovations’ plans to enter the NewConnect market. The author highlights that we are one of the leaders in advanced livestock identification, and that the technologies we develop are becoming a standard in modern farming.
The article provides a detailed overview of our solutions based on subcutaneous chips, which enable automatic identification, temperature measurement, and monitoring of animal activity. These technologies are gradually replacing traditional, less durable methods and allow farmers to respond faster, more accurately, and based on real data.
The piece also recalls our successfully completed share issuance, through which we raised approximately PLN 4.7 million. These funds are being allocated to further technology development and preparation for our NewConnect debut, planned for the first quarter of 2026. As emphasized in the article, going public represents an important step toward European expansion.
Considerable attention is also given to thermochips—our latest generation of transponders. In addition to identification, these solutions enable non-invasive measurement of animal body temperature and are already being implemented within the national identification system.
The author also points to the potential of upcoming regulations introducing mandatory microchipping of dogs and cats. According to estimates, this could create a market worth up to PLN 85 million—and thanks to our technology, infrastructure, and experience, we are well positioned to fully capitalize on this opportunity.
