One of the latest industry articles outlines Farm Innovations’ plans to debut on the NewConnect market, scheduled for the first quarter of 2026. The material highlights that our recent share issuance, which raised approximately PLN 4.7 million, will enable us to further develop vet-tech technologies and scale our operations.
The article places strong emphasis on our solutions based on subcutaneous chips—technologies that have been supporting farmers for the past nine years in automatic animal identification and real-time health monitoring. By replacing traditional, often painful identification methods, we provide precise, fast, and non-invasive access to key parameters such as body temperature and activity levels.
Our strong market position is also highlighted. To date, we have tagged more than 100,000 animals—including over 80,000 horses—and, as the only official provider of subcutaneous chips, we are listed by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture. Our cooperation with the National Research Institute of Animal Production in Kraków and the Polish Horse Breeders Association further strengthens the credibility of the technologies we bring to the domestic market.
The article also discusses thermochips—our latest generation of transponders, which, in addition to standard identification, enable non-invasive measurement of an animal’s body temperature within seconds. This solution has already been officially implemented by the Polish Horse Breeders Association.
The material highlights the significant potential related to the proposed legislation introducing mandatory microchipping of dogs and cats. The amendment could open up a market worth approximately PLN 85 million, where—thanks to our technological infrastructure and experience—we are well positioned to operate at scale.
Considerable attention is also given to the insurance products we are developing. In cooperation with PIB Group and the Polish Chamber of Milk, we are creating Poland’s first group insurance solutions for dairy cattle, with policies for horses and companion animals also in development. This represents a step toward building a modern ecosystem that combines technology, data, and animal health protection—similar to models seen in Scandinavian countries.
The article concludes by emphasizing the rapid growth of the global pet-tech and vet-tech markets, noting that Farm Innovations is one of the companies well positioned to capitalize on this trend by bringing advanced solutions to Poland.
